About the role
A skills-led Spring Insights programme in Glasgow introducing technology teams, engineering, problem-solving and FinTech careers. Participants complete technical workshops, collaborative activities, panels and practical challenges, while networking with peers and business leaders. The programme develops coding fundamentals, digital literacy, logical problem-solving and creative thinking through hands-on activities and simulations.
Programme Experience
- Explore JPMorganChase technology teams and learn how engineers turn ideas into real-world solutions.
- Participate in technical workshops, collaborative team activities, practical challenges and skills-led simulations.
- Attend analyst and associate panels discussing daily responsibilities, followed by interactive question-and-answer sessions.
- Network with fellow participants and JPMorganChase business leaders throughout the experience.
Application Process
- Submit a complete application including your CV and relevant application questions.
- Complete the required HackerRank coding challenge after receiving an email invitation.
- The coding challenge takes approximately 60–90 minutes and must be completed for further consideration.
