About the role
JPMorganChase’s London Spring Insights programme offers students graduating in 2029 an immersive introduction to teams analysing market trends and making trading decisions. Participants explore financial markets, practise quantitative thinking, assess risk, and develop commercial judgement through simulations, workshops, panels, networking, and collaborative exercises.
Programme Experience
- Explore London-based teams and learn about their work through focused business deep dives.
- Hear analysts and associates discuss their daily responsibilities during panel sessions and interactive Q&A.
- Apply decision-making, critical-thinking, and commercial-judgement skills through market-style simulations and structured exercises.
- Network with fellow participants and JPMorganChase business leaders.
- Gain insight into responsibilities and workdays across levels, from analysts to managing directors.
