Role Overview

• Support senior colleagues with research, evaluation, and preparatory work.

• Engage in one of four tracks: Trading, Structuring & Origination, Sales, or Digital Markets.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3-6 months, offered quarterly in select European locations.
• Full-time, in-office commitment required for entire program duration.
• Pipeline to full analyst program upon successful completion.
• Training includes technical, practical skills, coding, and data analysis.

Tracks Available

• Trading: Provide liquidity, manage risk, respond to market events.
• Structuring & Origination: Develop innovative investor products and hedging solutions.
• Sales: Build client relationships and tailor market solutions.
• Digital Markets: Manage digital asset projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Graduation date between September 2025 and March 2027.
• Interest in global financial markets and quantitative work.
• Ability to manage projects collaboratively and take responsibility.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work full-time in London office during internship.

Preferred Skills

• Enjoy numerical and quantitative tasks, especially for Trading and Structuring.
• List all fluent languages accurately on application.
