About the role
A London-based Spring Insights programme for students graduating in 2029, offering an immersive introduction to JPMorganChase and financial services. Participants explore teams, hear from professionals, practise commercial judgement, problem-solving, communication and relationship-building, and complete collaborative case exercises, simulations, workshops and networking activities.
Programme Experience

- Hear about responsibilities and working days across levels, from Analysts to Managing Directors.
- Practise commercial judgement, structured problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and relationship-building.
