About the role

Nine-week Human Resources summer internship in Metro Manila, supporting live projects with HR product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders. Interns own a defined project, deliver results, and present to senior stakeholders, while receiving structured training and mentorship. Strong performers may receive an offer for the 2028 two-year rotational HR Analyst Development Program.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategies and projects involving compensation, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop HR knowledge across Talent and Employee Experience, HR Global Operations, Total Rewards, Conduct, and Policy.
• Support aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work benefiting the business and employees.

Program Details

• Work for nine weeks on live problems alongside HR product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders.
• Own a defined project, deliver tangible results, and present work to senior stakeholders at summer’s end.
• Receive structured training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to traditional and data-focused HR capabilities.
• Gain exposure to three teams through the two-year rotational Human Resources Analyst Development Program.
