About the role

Graduate Investment Solutions Analyst role in J.P. Morgan’s Global Private Bank in London, supporting research, analysis and development of investment strategies and wealth-management solutions. You’ll collaborate with product specialists and client-facing teams, gain exposure to investments, lending, banking and trust and estate planning, and develop through global training, mentorship and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and assess market activity to develop and execute strategies supporting clients’ financial goals.
• Partner with client advisors, bankers, investment specialists and estate experts to recommend wealth-management solutions.
• Collaborate with market strategy, equity and alternative investment teams on research, analysis, products and client needs.
• Gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning across wealth management.
• Support front-office activities, including advising on financial strategies, building investment portfolios, research and analytics.
• Build expertise and professional networks through mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events.

Program Experience

• Begin with a five-week immersive global training program alongside incoming analysts from around the world.
• Develop technical and professional skills, learn about the firm and business, hear from senior executives, and build global networks.
• Receive ongoing formal and informal training, development opportunities, engagement activities and program initiatives.
• Many full-time analysts are promoted to associates after completing the program.
