About the role

Nine-week Advisor Summer Internship in JPMorgan’s Global Private Bank, based in Frankfurt, Munich, or Hamburg. Interns support customized wealth-management solutions, develop client relationships, collaborate with banking and investment specialists, and research market opportunities. The program includes induction, mentorship, practical training, and potential full-time offers for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and market activity to help develop and execute strategies supporting financial goals.
• Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to serve clients effectively.
• Work with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams on research, analysis, products, and client responses.
• Build professional expertise and networks through mentorship, learning sessions, and ongoing events.

Program Details

• The nine-week program begins with a week of induction, training, and orientation across the business.
• Training provides technical and practical knowledge needed to begin contributing to the team.
• Participants receive one-on-one mentorship from senior executives and work on projects engaging multiple skills.
• Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer.

Required Qualifications

• Expected graduation date of July 2028 or earlier, while completing the penultimate year of study.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, logical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends, with interest in client relationships and sales.
• Ability to work quickly and collaboratively while exercising judgment and discretion with confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in German may be required for the role.
• A second European Union language is preferable but not essential.
