About the role

The nine-week Advisor Summer Internship in Athens sits within the Global Private Bank. Interns support advisors serving clients’ wealth-management needs, collaborate with banking, investment and lending specialists, receive structured training and mentorship, and may receive a full-time offer based on performance after the summer.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and market activity to help develop and execute strategies supporting financial goals.
  • Work with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors and lending specialists to understand the business and clients.
  • Collaborate with market strategy, equity and alternative investment teams on research, analysis, products and client needs.
  • Support customized solutions that help clients protect, manage and grow their wealth.

Training and Development

  • Complete a one-week induction covering training, orientation and technical and practical business knowledge.
  • Receive one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events to develop expertise and build a professional network.
  • Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer.

Eligibility and Skills

  • Expected graduation between January 2028 and July 2028, and currently in the penultimate year of study.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, drive, interpersonal communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization, multitasking ability and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends, with motivation for client relationship-building and sales.
  • Inquisitive, focused and considerate, with sound judgment when handling confidential information.
