About the role
The Advisor Analyst Training Program prepares graduates to support private banking clients in Zurich through relationship building, customized wealth management solutions, and collaboration with banking, investment, lending, and advisory specialists. It combines immersive global training, mentorship, professional development, and a pathway toward long-term careers in the Private Bank.
Responsibilities
- Work with advisors and specialists to attract new clients and serve existing private banking clients.
- Deliver customized, comprehensive solutions to protect, manage, and grow clients’ wealth.
- Understand client needs and collaborate across teams to provide first-class service.
Training and Development
- Complete a five-week immersive global training program with incoming analysts worldwide.
- Build technical and professional skills, learn about the firm, hear from senior executives, and develop global networks.
- Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, development opportunities, and participation in program initiatives.
- Many full-time analysts are promoted to associates after the program.
