About the role

Role and Responsibilities
- Work alongside bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists.
- Support teams in bringing in new clients and serving existing clients.
- Deliver customized solutions to help clients protect, manage, and grow their wealth.
- Understand clients’ needs and coordinate across teams to provide first-class service.
Training and Development
- Begin with a five-week immersive global training program alongside incoming analysts worldwide.
- Develop technical and professional skills while learning about the firm and its business.
- Build global networks through senior-executive sessions and collaboration with colleagues.
- Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, engagement, and development opportunities.
