About the role

Join J.P. Morgan’s Global Private Bank Advisor Analyst Training Program in Paris, supporting advisors and specialists as they build client relationships and deliver customized wealth-management solutions. The graduate program combines global training, mentorship, networking and hands-on work across investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates to help clients protect, manage and grow wealth.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing clients.
• Deliver customized, comprehensive solutions to help clients protect, manage and grow wealth.
• Understand client needs and tailor approaches while collaborating across teams to provide first-class service.

Training and Development

• Complete a five-week immersive global training program with incoming analysts worldwide.
• Build technical and professional skills, learn about the firm, hear from senior executives, and develop global networks.
• Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, development opportunities, and involvement in program initiatives.
• Many full-time analysts are promoted to associates after completing the program.
