About the role

Advisor Analyst Trainee in JPMorgan Chase’s Global Private Bank, based in Luxembourg, supporting advisors and specialists with client acquisition, relationship management, and customized wealth solutions. The graduate program includes five-week global training, ongoing development, and exposure to investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates while building skills for a client-facing career.

Responsibilities

• Work with advisors and specialists to attract new clients and serve existing clients.
• Deliver customized solutions to protect, manage, and grow client wealth.
• Understand client needs and tailor approaches to provide first-class service.
• Collaborate across teams to develop comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Training and Development

• Begin with a five-week immersive global training program alongside incoming analysts worldwide.
• Build technical and professional skills, learn about the firm, and hear from senior executives.
• Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, development, and networking opportunities.
• Participate in projects and program initiatives while exploring future career opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduating between August 2026 and July 2027.
• Demonstrated teamwork, drive, curiosity, focus, consideration, and interest in developing complex solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, logical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
• Desire to work with external clients in relationship-building and sales capacities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with confidential information.
