About the role

The Global Private Bank Advisor Analyst Training Program prepares graduates to support advisors and specialists serving private banking clients in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. You will help develop customized wealth-management solutions, build client relationships, and work across investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates while receiving global training, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with advisors and specialists to attract new clients and serve existing private banking clients.
• Deliver customized solutions designed to protect, manage, and grow clients’ wealth.
• Understand client needs and tailor approaches to provide first-class service.
• Collaborate across teams and the firm to develop comprehensive wealth-management solutions.

Training and Development

• Begin with a five-week immersive global training program alongside incoming analysts from around the world.
• Build technical and professional skills, learn about the firm, and hear from senior executives.
• Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, development opportunities, and opportunities to participate in initiatives.
• Network across the firm while exploring future career opportunities.

Program Details

• The program is based in London, Manchester, or Edinburgh; applicants select their preferred location.
• The role works with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists.
• The Private Bank supports clients across investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates practices.
