Role and Team
- Work alongside bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists.

- Help advisors and specialists acquire new clients and serve existing clients.
- Deliver comprehensive solutions to protect, manage, and grow clients’ wealth.
- Understand individual client needs and tailor approaches to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate across teams and the firm to provide first-class client service.
Training and Development
- Complete a five-week immersive global training program with incoming analysts worldwide.
- Develop technical and professional skills and learn how the firm conducts business.
- Attend senior-executive sessions and build global professional networks.
- Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Participate in program initiatives and projects designed to develop your skills.
