About the role

Join J.P. Morgan’s Global Private Bank Advisor Analyst Training Program in Geneva, supporting advisors and specialists serving LatAm clients. Build expertise in customized wealth management, develop client relationships, and collaborate across investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates while receiving global training, mentorship, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Work with advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing clients.
• Deliver customized, comprehensive solutions to protect, manage, and grow clients’ wealth.
• Understand client needs and tailor approaches while collaborating across teams to provide first-class service.

Program and Training

• Begin with a five-week immersive global training program alongside incoming analysts from around the world.
• Develop technical and professional skills, learn about the firm, hear from senior executives, and build global networks.
• Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, development opportunities, and participation in program initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists throughout the program.
