About the role

Join J.P. Morgan’s Global Private Bank as an Advisor Analyst Trainee in Frankfurt, Munich or Hamburg. You will support advisors and specialists, build client relationships, and develop customized wealth management solutions across investments, credit, banking and Trust & Estates through structured training and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Work with advisors and specialists to attract new clients and serve existing clients.
• Deliver customized solutions to help clients protect, manage and grow their wealth.
• Understand clients’ needs and tailor approaches to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate across teams and the firm to provide first-class client service.

Training and Development

• Begin with a five-week immersive global training program alongside incoming analysts worldwide.
• Build technical and professional skills, learn about the firm, and hear from senior executives.
• Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, development opportunities and program initiatives.
• Network across the firm and work on projects supporting your professional growth.
