About the role

The Dubai-based Advisor Analyst Training Program prepares graduates for client-facing wealth management careers in J.P. Morgan’s Global Private Bank. You will work with advisors and specialists to develop customized investment, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates solutions, while receiving global training, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with advisors and specialists to attract new clients and serve existing clients.
• Deliver customized solutions to protect, manage, and grow clients’ wealth.
• Understand clients’ needs and coordinate across teams to provide first-class service.

Training and Development

• Complete a five-week immersive global training program with incoming analysts worldwide.
• Develop technical and professional skills, learn about the firm, and hear from senior executives.
• Build global networks through ongoing formal and informal training opportunities.
• Receive mentorship, participate in program initiatives, and contribute to skills-based projects.

Team Context

• Work alongside bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists.
• Support customized wealth management solutions across investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates.
