  • Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, networking, and development opportunities.
  • Work with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists throughout the program.

Requirements

  • Expected graduation date between August 2026 and July 2027.
  • Demonstrated drive, teamwork, curiosity, focus, and ability to develop complex solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical-thinking, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
  • Desire to work with external clients in relationship-building and sales capacities.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
