About the role
Graduate Advisor Analyst Trainee role in Athens within JPMorgan’s Global Private Bank. You will support advisors and specialists, build client relationships, and develop customized wealth management solutions across investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates while completing intensive training and ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Work with advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and serve existing clients.
- Deliver customized solutions to protect, manage, and grow clients’ wealth.
- Understand clients’ needs and tailor approaches to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate across teams and the firm to provide first-class client service.
Training and development
- Complete a five-week immersive global training program with incoming analysts worldwide.
- Build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives, and develop global networks.
- Receive ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, and opportunities to participate in program initiatives.
- After the program, many full-time analysts are promoted to associates.
