About the role

The London-based Global Payments Analyst Program offers hands-on experience across Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card. Analysts support client cash management, payment innovation, and financial technology projects while gaining exposure to product, implementation, and client coverage teams. Structured training, mentorship, and senior-leader access support early-career development.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how cash management and technology-based payment solutions support clients across regional and global corridors.
  • Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies to evolving client needs.
  • Gain exposure to product, implementation, and client coverage teams across Global Payments.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client experience and help transform the payments landscape.
  • Work with mentors and collaborate with teams supporting liquidity, collections, payments, and working capital solutions.

Program Experience

  • Receive structured training, mentorship, and access to senior business leaders.
  • Build a peer and professional network across Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card.
  • Learn how Global Payments businesses collaborate to deliver customer service and payment solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in global payments or financial technology, with investigative, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Strong research, project management, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication, including clear and concise written outputs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable personal qualities, outside interests, and achievements beyond academia.
