2027 Global Corporate Banking Program - Large-Cap - Off-Cycle Internship (April-September) - Milan

About the role

This off-cycle internship places you in JPMorgan Chase’s Global Corporate Banking Large-Cap team in Milan. You will support bankers serving government, institutional, and corporate clients, analysing industries and credit, preparing materials, coordinating financing transactions, and developing practical knowledge through training and collaboration across product, country, legal, compliance, and credit teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Global Corporate Banking bankers with internal aspects of existing client relationships.
• Support industry and credit analysis, including financial statement reviews and credit approval documentation.
• Gain exposure to product, strategy, and client coverage teams.
• Prepare internal memoranda, including senior management briefings and decision committee materials.
• Analyse and negotiate financing requests with credit, product, legal, and compliance teams.
• Coordinate global client transactions across capital markets, risk solutions, and transaction banking products.
