About the role
This London-based summer internship offers exposure to Global Corporate Banking through client relationship support, financial and credit analysis, financing requests, and transaction execution. - Subsidiary Team supports EMEA subsidiaries of multinational clients with integrated regional banking services.

Responsibilities
- Assist Global Corporate Banking bankers with internal aspects of existing client relationships.
- Conduct industry and credit analysis, including financial statement reviews and credit documentation support.
- Gain exposure to product, strategy, and client coverage teams.
- Prepare internal memoranda, including senior management briefings and decision committee memoranda.
- Support financing request analysis and negotiations with credit, product, legal, and compliance teams.
- Coordinate global transactions with product and country teams across capital markets, risk solutions, and transaction banking.
Development and progression
- Complete orientation and technical and practical training led by experienced professionals and expert instructors.
- Receive mentoring, networking opportunities, senior management access, and exposure to how business areas collaborate.
- Top-performing interns may receive a full-time offer for the two-year Global Corporate Banking Analyst Program.
