About the role

Summer internship in JPMorgan Chase’s International Asset-Based Lending (ABL) team within Global Corporate Banking, supporting client relationships, credit and industry analysis, financing requests, and transaction execution. Interns receive orientation, technical and practical training, mentorship, and senior-management exposure. Top performers may receive a full-time offer for the two-year ABL analyst program.

Responsibilities

• Assist ABL originators with internal aspects of existing client relationships.
• Support industry and credit analysis, including financial statement reviews.
• Assist with credit approval and documentation processes.
• Prepare internal memoranda, including senior-management briefings and decision committee memoranda.
• Analyse and negotiate financing requests with credit, product, legal, and compliance teams.
• Coordinate global transactions with product and country teams across multiple financial products.

• Build technical and practical knowledge relevant to Global Banking.
• Gain exposure to product, strategy, and client coverage teams.
