About the role

Join JPMorganChase’s London Human Resources Analyst Development Program for a nine-week summer internship. You will own a live HR project, use data and AI tools responsibly, collaborate with product owners and business leaders, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders. Structured training, mentorship, and potential progression to the 2028 full-time program are included.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end HR project addressing a business priority, such as attrition, onboarding, or HR technology workflows.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis while validating outputs and applying professional judgment.
• Collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders, product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders.
• Apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and a digital-first mindset to practical HR challenges.
• Present project findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders at the program’s conclusion.
• Build relationships with peers across London and other regions while taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
