About the role

The nine-week GF&BM Summer Internship in Warsaw offers practical experience across finance teams supporting strategic decisions, financial control, planning, regulatory reporting, capital policy, and business management. Interns receive training and mentorship, with top performers potentially progressing to the two-year Analyst Program in September 2028; optional CIMA qualification is available.

Responsibilities

• Complete a mandatory Product Control rotation, assessing P&L and balance sheet risk while supporting trading and control functions.
• Support Legal Entity and Financial Control through financial oversight, regulatory reporting, general ledger integrity, and transaction-cycle controls.
• Provide financial and strategic analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting in collaboration with partners across the firm.
• Prepare regulatory submissions, monitor capital requirements, and apply rules and policies while advising business teams.
• Advise business heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks, improving performance, and leading key initiatives.
• Contribute to firm-wide programs implementing new regulations, standards, and policies across lines of business.
