About the role

Join JPMorganChase’s Global Finance & Business Management team in London through a three-year rotational program. You’ll gain hands-on experience across corporate and line-of-business finance roles, supporting financial control, planning, regulatory reporting, business performance, and strategic initiatives while receiving industry training, mentorship, and the option to pursue the ACCA qualification.

Rotational Responsibilities

• Product Control validates daily, weekly, and monthly P&L and balance-sheet risk, supporting trading, financial control, and market-risk teams.
• Legal Entity Control provides financial oversight and maintains controls supporting legal-entity financials and regulatory reporting.
• Financial Control safeguards general-ledger integrity, transaction-cycle controls, reporting, and related control processes.
• Planning and Analysis delivers financial and strategic analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting with firm-wide partners.
• Regulatory Reporting and Capital Policy prepares regulatory submissions, monitors capital requirements, and implements applicable rules and policies.
• Program and Business Management supports major initiatives, advises business heads, and identifies, escalates, and mitigates business risks.

Training and Development

• The three-year rotational program provides industry training, mentorship, senior-leader access, and hands-on project experience.
• Participants may optionally pursue and complete the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification.
