About the role

Three-year rotational graduate programme in Global Finance & Business Management, based in Bournemouth. You will gain hands-on experience across finance, control, planning, regulatory reporting and business management while supporting strategic decisions, developing professional expertise, receiving mentorship and potentially pursuing the optional ACCA qualification.

Responsibilities and Rotations

• Rotate across Corporate or Line of Business finance groups during the three-year programme.
• Complete a mandatory Product Control rotation supporting P&L, balance sheet and risk integrity.
• Perform financial oversight, controls and reporting across legal entities and the general ledger.
• Support planning, forecasting, financial analysis, regulatory reporting and capital policy activities.
• Contribute to firm-wide programmes implementing new regulations, standards or policies.
• Advise business heads by identifying, escalating and mitigating risks while leading key initiatives.

Training and Development

• Receive in-depth industry training, mentorship, access to senior leaders and hands-on project experience.
• Work collaboratively with finance professionals and stakeholders across the firm.
• Optionally pursue and complete the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification.
