About the role

The nine-week London Summer Analyst internship places you on meaningful projects across analytics, project management, and process improvement. You’ll analyze data, coordinate delivery, improve workflows, and support decisions while collaborating with teams and senior stakeholders. Strong performers may be offered a two-year rotational full-time program.

Program

  • Gain exposure to senior stakeholders, different business areas, and responsible use of data, analytics, and AI.
  • High-performing interns may receive an offer for a two-year rotational full-time program across all three disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Explore data, uncover trends and opportunities, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Use modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate insight generation and support decision-making.
  • Support business-priority projects, coordinating teams and keeping delivery aligned and on track.
  • Identify risks, solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across processes and systems.
  • Use data to identify root causes and help implement sustainable, measurable changes.

Requirements

  • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and information-synthesis skills.
  • Interest in data, analytics, AI, emerging technologies, and a digital-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including collaboration and influence across teams.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, curious, and able to demonstrate initiative, ownership, learning agility, and Microsoft Office familiarity.
