About the role

This nine-week internship in JPMorganChase’s Corporate Analyst Development Program offers students in Edinburgh meaningful projects across analytics, project management, and process improvement. Interns analyze data, coordinate delivery, improve workflows, and support strategic decisions while gaining senior-stakeholder exposure and transferable business skills. High-performing participants may receive a full-time offer.

Responsibilities

• Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
• Support projects that advance business priorities, coordinating across teams and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, resolve problems, and adapt delivery as priorities evolve.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Use data to identify root causes, inform solutions, and implement sustainable, measurable improvements.

Program Experience

• Develop foundational skills in analytics, project management, or process improvement.

• Collaborate across teams, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and build a broad understanding of business connections.
• High-performing Summer Analysts may receive a full-time offer for a two-year rotation across all three disciplines.
