2027 Corporate Analyst Development Program - Summer Analyst - Philippines

About the role

This nine-week Summer Analyst internship develops foundational skills in analytics, project management, and process improvement. Interns work on meaningful projects, analyze data, support strategic decisions, improve workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and use emerging tools responsibly. High-performing participants may receive a return offer for a two-year rotational full-time program.

Responsibilities

• Explore data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and insights that support business decisions.
• Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations using modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Support projects aligned with business priorities, coordinating teams and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, solve problems, and adapt project execution as priorities evolve.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support changes to processes, systems, and ways of working that deliver measurable, sustainable impact.

Program Experience

• Complete a nine-week internship involving hands-on projects, senior-stakeholder exposure, and cross-team collaboration.
• Develop foundational skills in one of three disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
• Build a professional network and gain exposure to different areas of the firm.
• High-performing Summer Analysts may receive a full-time offer for a two-year rotational program across all three disciplines.
