About the role

The Innovation Development Program offers a Full-Time Analyst role within Global Banking. Through an incubator and two rotations, you will develop Product Management skills, analyse business challenges, support strategic initiatives, and help enhance digital products, client experiences, and solutions across Commercial Banking.

Role and Responsibilities

• Complete a five-month incubator focused on complex business challenges and foundational Product Management skills.
• Complete two 12-month rotations across functional, business, or product teams within Commercial Banking.
• Apply strategic thinking and quantitative analysis to solve business problems and answer key questions.
• Conduct research and analyse data to support decisions and identify opportunities.
• Present findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at various levels.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver business-critical initiatives and enhance products, processes, and client experiences.
