About the role

This London-based summer internship in JPMorgan’s Securities Services Leadership Programme develops analytical, technical and leadership skills through hands-on programme management. Interns work on priority initiatives, explore the end-to-end Securities Services business, collaborate with global teams and engage with managers, business leaders, participants and alumni.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Develop finance solutions using project management, emerging technologies, data governance and analytics.
• Drive innovation through the use of digital tools.
• Respond proactively as a team member in a constantly evolving business.
• Work with experienced managers and colleagues on priority initiatives across Securities Services.
• Gain exposure to business areas across the Commercial and Investment Bank and global teams.

Programme Support

• Receive programming covering the business and key skills for future development.
• Access Securities Services University courses.
• Receive support from a sponsor, programme manager and direct manager.
• Participate in regular engagement and networking with business leaders, participants and alumni.
