About the role

Summer Analyst internship in JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial & Investment Bank Securities Services Leadership Program in Dublin. Participants develop analytical, technical, leadership, and program-management skills while contributing to priority initiatives, using data, emerging technologies, and digital tools, with exposure to global Securities Services teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop finance solutions and drive change through project management, emerging technologies, data governance, and analytics.
• Drive innovation through the use of digital tools.
• Respond proactively as a team member in a constantly evolving business.
• Understand, resolve, or escalate issues quickly while managing multiple priorities.

Program Experience

• Gain hands-on program-management experience within one Securities Services business area.
• Work with experienced managers and colleagues on priority initiatives spanning Securities Services.
• Gain exposure to the end-to-end business and Commercial and Investment Bank teams globally.
• Receive programming covering the business, future-focused skills, and Securities Services University courses.
• Access managers, business leaders, current participants, alumni, a sponsor, and a program manager.

Requirements

• Expected graduation between June 2027 and September 2028.
• Demonstrate exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
• Synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions.
• Manage workloads effectively, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong time-management skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
