Responsibilities

• Learn how cash-management and technology-based payment solutions support clients across regional and global corridors.
• Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies to evolving client payment needs.
• Gain exposure to product, implementation, and client coverage teams across Global Payments.
• Contribute ideas that improve client experience and transform the payments landscape.
• Work under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team.
• Build networks through training, business-leader access, and collaboration across Global Payments businesses.

Program Experience

• Support clients managing liquidity, cash flow, supplier payments, collections, and working-capital optimisation.
• Gain exposure to Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card products and solutions.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end Pay In and Pay Out capabilities.
• Work with teams supporting clients in Ireland and international markets.
• Engage with global platforms, product innovation, and delivery partners.

Eligibility

• Expected graduation between January 2028 and September 2028.
• Applications are accepted from candidates studying any degree discipline.
