About the role

This Madrid off-cycle internship places students within Global Investment Banking, supporting government, institutional, and corporate clients. You will analyse market data, build financial models, prepare advisory presentations, manage transactions, and develop solutions to complex business challenges while receiving training and mentoring from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market data and build financial models for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory.
• Prepare client presentations supporting mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory.
• Manage client transactions from pitch through close under the guidance of senior leaders.
• Develop creative solutions to complex, real-world business challenges.
• Build technical skills and professional networks with mentors and senior executives.

Training and Development

• Receive comprehensive training, senior-leader mentoring, and support in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Work on engaging projects while learning how the business supports clients and communities.
