About the role

This off-cycle internship places you within Global Investment Banking in Istanbul, supporting government, institutional, and corporate clients. You will analyse market data, build financial models, prepare presentations, manage transactions, and develop solutions for complex business challenges while receiving training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market data and build financial models for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory.
• Prepare client presentations supporting investment banking pitches and transactions.
• Manage client transactions from pitch through close under senior leadership guidance.
• Develop creative solutions to complex, real-world business challenges.
• Build technical skills and professional networks with mentors and senior executives.
