About the role
Join Chase’s Digital Development Programme in London as a full-time Analyst, completing three eight-month rotations across digital banking and product management. You will generate ideas, shape strategies, collaborate with developers and engineers, and help deliver intuitive customer experiences. Successful Analysts may progress toward increased responsibilities and opportunities within ICB.

Responsibilities
- Generate fresh ideas for digital banking products and customer experiences.
- Craft strategies to support innovative digital offerings.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to implement product features.
- Work with customer experience teams to deliver exceptional digital banking solutions.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, graduating between May 2026 and July 2027.
- Be available to start full-time in July 2027.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Show motivation, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Demonstrate interest in fintech and digital experiences.
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and demonstrate leadership experience.
