About the role

Join J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s European Private Markets Real Estate team in Frankfurt as a Products Analyst. This non-rotational graduate training programme provides hands-on experience screening real estate opportunities, modelling cash flows, researching markets, and preparing materials for investment decisions, supported by training, mentorship, and networking.

Responsibilities

  • Support initial screening of single-asset and portfolio investment opportunities across office, residential, logistics, and industrial real estate.
  • Build cash-flow models and conduct financial analysis to support investment evaluation.
  • Conduct research specific to assets and real estate markets.
  • Compile internal memoranda and presentations supporting investment decisions.
  • Set and monitor goals and objectives through the performance management process.

Programme Experience

  • Work directly with the assigned desk or team in a non-rotational programme involving real-time projects.
  • Receive support from dedicated junior and senior staff throughout the programme.
  • Participate in desk-based training, business presentations, and professional networking opportunities.
  • Successful participants may receive full-time employment offers based on personal achievements.

Requirements

  • Be a penultimate-year student expecting to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Demonstrate fluent German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bring logical thinking, quantitative ability, strong numeracy, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Show flexibility, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
  • Have strong knowledge of corporate finance and Excel-based financial modelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business Administration, Finance, or similar studies are preferred, although applicants from all disciplines are welcome.
  • Previous experience in real estate investment, M&A, private equity, or management consulting is advantageous.
