Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced professionals across the firm
• Contribute to initiatives supporting various business teams
• Use data skills to analyze and support decision-making
• Apply AI tools to improve productivity and problem-solving

Requirements

• Advanced university students in Business Admin, Actuarial Science, Translation, Industrial Engineering, Economy or related fields
• Approximately one year or more until graduation
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Availability to work 19 hours per week
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities independently

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL
• Proficiency with AI tools such as generative AI
• Ability to perform well under pressure and demonstrate emerging leadership
