About the role

This part-time Private Bank program in Lima is designed for university students from their seventh cycle onward. Participants receive training and coaching while developing professional skills and experiencing the firm’s culture. No prior work experience is required; candidates need advanced English and availability for 30 hours weekly.

Program

• Receive several training sessions and coaching to develop professional skills.
• Experience the firm’s inclusive culture and principles of service, curiosity, courage, and excellence.
• Work part-time for 30 hours per week in Lima.
