- 2-year full-time paid traineeship starting March 2027 to March 2029.
- Choose between Operations or Finance & Business Management tracks.
- Complete the nationally recognized AFMA Financial Markets Certificate.
- Work on financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Engage in strategic business decision support and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor identifying and mitigating business risks.
- Ensure integrity and validity of financial statements and controls.
- Create financial and strategic analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Contribute to large-scale programs with multiple projects.
- Support process improvements adhering to company standards.

Requirements
- Current Year 12 student with high school certificate by program start.
- No prior degree or Certificate IV or higher before program commencement.
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident required.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and multitask in fast-paced environment.
