Responsibilities

  • Measure operational effectiveness and analyze success metrics.
  • Drive product development lifecycle including testing and marketing.
  • Manage high visibility projects across brands and services.
  • Develop and implement business strategies and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate across functions like Engineering, Legal, Finance, and UX Design.
  • Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions to automate workflows and improve decision-making.

Requirements

  • Pursuing MBA or Master's degree, graduating Dec 2027 to June 2028.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in any role or industry.
  • Strong desire to learn and take on executive, product, and strategy roles.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
  • Interest in innovative financial products and services.
