Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's or 5th-year Master's degree, graduating July 2026-June 2027.
- Available to start full-time employment in July 2027.
- Specialization in Computer Science, Information Science, IT, Data Science, AI, Big Data, or related field.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting software.
- Proficiency in secure, high-quality coding in at least one programming language.
- Ability to use AI development tools responsibly with peer review and validation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of software engineering concepts via coursework or internships.
- Experience solving open-ended or ambiguous problems with iterative approaches.
- Use of AI tools to improve coding, testing, debugging, or documentation efficiency.
- Sound judgment in validating AI outputs and maintaining solution quality.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and their thoughtful application.
- Desire to build technology that creates real-world impact.
