Summer Analyst Role in Data & AI Program

  • Build end-to-end data, analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions.
  • Design scalable data platforms and pipelines with global agile teams.
  • Develop production-ready models and intuitive dashboards.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance.
  • Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes for clients.

Event Expectations

  • Own projects end-to-end and communicate progress to teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and share ideas with global technologists.
  • Develop skills through training, mentorship, and senior leader access.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations impacting stakeholders.
  • Work in agile teams with peers and experienced data professionals.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative or technical discipline.
  • Graduating between December 2027 and August 2028.
  • Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
  • No prior work experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, data science, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and AI tools like AWS, Snowflake, DataBricks.
  • Understanding of data management, governance, privacy, and compliance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication to translate technical work for business stakeholders.
