Role Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage lobby traffic to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist with daily transactions and open new accounts following policies.
- Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, website, and ATMs.
- Build relationships by listening, sharing product knowledge, and connecting clients to experts.
- Perform branch operations including managing cash devices adhering to policies.
