Program Overview

• 9-week summer internship with comprehensive training on firm practices and culture.

• Focus on Processing/Servicing, Trade/Asset Support, Reporting, or Transformation roles.

• Not suitable for candidates seeking front office, client interaction, or software engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Processing/Servicing: Manage client lifecycle, support financing needs, process transactions.
• Trade/Asset Support: Analyze reference data, troubleshoot client inquiries, ensure trade execution.
• Reporting: Support data analytics, manage data governance, report risk internally and externally.
• Transformation: Identify process gaps, create dashboards, implement AI and machine learning solutions.

Requirements

• Pursuing B.A., B.S., B.B.A, or 5th year M.A./M.S. with graduation Dec 2027 - Jun 2028.
• All majors considered with a well-rounded academic background.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Growth mindset with desire to learn financial operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
