2027 Operations Analyst Program – Full-Time Analyst – March Cohort (OH, DE, TX, NY, IL, FL)

About the role

Two-year full-time analyst program developing careers in financial operations across processing, trade and asset support, reporting, and transformation. Analysts receive induction training, join an Operations team, support internal and external stakeholders, improve processes, and deliver client solutions across multiple U.S. locations. The March cohort offers advancement opportunities after successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage client lifecycle activities, including onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Process, investigate, and service transactions, tickets, and operational requests while maintaining system integrity.
• Support trading through reference-data analysis, account troubleshooting, trade execution, settlement, and counterparty communication.
• Provide data analytics, reporting, governance, risk reporting, and operational support to business teams.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with Technology teams on optimization, dashboards, automation, and accessible information.
• Implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions across Business Operations teams where appropriate.

Program Experience

• Complete induction training covering the firm, business lines, and technical skills.
• Join a high-performing Operations team and develop bank product expertise through on-the-job experience.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders, analysts, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in analyst community activities, social events, and opportunities to learn new skills.
• The program supports Operations careers rather than front-office, external customer-interaction, or software-engineering careers.
• Advancement within the Operations organization may follow successful completion, based on performance and role expansion.

Locations And Eligibility

• Available locations include Chicago, Columbus, Newark/Wilmington, New York Metro, Plano, and Tampa.
• The exact office may be near a main hub and will be communicated before the start date.
• Candidates must report to their designated office location on the start date.
