Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including document management and data reporting.
- Participate in projects from initiation to completion, supporting process documentation and automation.
- Support project management tasks like workplan creation, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and support operational readiness.
- Assist with client lifecycle and service delivery activities.
