Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Technology teams to optimize processes and develop test plans.
- Process and investigate client transactions across various products.
- Provide data analytics and reporting support for operational functions.

Required Qualifications
- Completed Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or 5th year Master’s degree or 2 years related experience.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
