Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including document management and data reporting.
- Participate in projects from initiation to completion, supporting process documentation and automation.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data to support business insights and decision-making.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards with consistent performance tracking.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings.

- Support process improvement by mapping workflows and identifying bottlenecks.
- Assist with automation efforts to reduce manual work and improve controls.
